Congratulations to our Events Operations Manager, Isla McIlwrick, and our Executive Chef, Craig Palmer, on their visit to the world renowned EHL Hospitality Business School for their Art of Leadership Scholarship in Lausanne, Switzerland, where they attended a bespoke course designed for Hospitality Industry Trust Scotland.

They had the opportunity to network and learn from other professionals in the catering and hospitality industry, as well as enjoy some of the finest Swiss hospitality.
