Our Food

All food is sourced locally from our trusted network of reputable suppliers, growers and farms.

We design our menus with the venue location in mind, and work to source produce and supplies where possible from our trusted network of suppliers closest to the venue location where possible. This helps reduce food miles and carbon footprint. All of our suppliers must meet our stringent sustainability standards, fair price methodology and must provide evidence of their commitment against modern day slavery. We are strong advocates of local content and supporting circular economies to have a positive impact in the local communities where we work and operate. As a priority member of Scotland Food and Drink we are proud that we source 95% of our produce from Scottish suppliers.
