Andrew has over 20 years experience and was formerly Executive Chef at the prestigious Gleneagles Hotel. He is also a member of the Academy of Culinary Arts.
Head Chef
Our Head Chef, previously a finalist in Scottish Chef of the Year and brings a huge amount of experience to our team.
Our kitchen staff have had very varied experiences prior to joining us which includes working at the Gleneagles hotel, The K Club and cooking for the Roux brothers. We use this experience to ensure quality and efficiency within our kitchens.
Our events managers have extensive experience of organising and running events and will oversee every event. In addition to this we have a pool of our own home trained waiting and bar staff.
