Royal Highland Show - Chef Demo

Two of our exceptionally talented chefs, Craig Palmer - Executive Chef, and Craig Coupar - Head Chef, hosted a cookery demo at the Royal Highland Show in Edinburgh this past weekend.

With both chefs being members of the Scottish Culinary Team, they talked about their experiences with the team, and shared insights following on from a recent trip to the Bakkafrost Scotland site situated on the Isle of Mull.

The chefs took centre stage at the Food For Thought Cookery Theatre, with their demo focusing on Native Hebridean Salmon. The audience were shown, and sampled, how to make a variety of canapes using cold smoked salmon, perfect for anyone to recreate at home.
