At Wilde Thyme we pride ourselves in showcasing Scotland and the wider UK’s amazing natural larder at venues throughout the UK; including some of the UK’s most renowned private estates in England, Wales and internationally. In Scotland we are privileged to be on the panel for National Trust historic venues, and have worked in stately homes and Royal Castles and Estates.
Our team of event planners have excellent venue knowledge and can work with you to source the most suitable venue for the desired outcome and experience you wish to achieve.

Edinburgh
Since our establishment, we have delivered world-class dining and hospitality experiences in multiple venues throughout Edinburgh. We are incredibly proud to be the preferred supplier with exclusive arrangements at both Barnbougle Castle and Rosebery House, and we sit on the catering panel for both The Assembly Rooms and Rosebery Steading.
We have been working in the National Museum of Scotland for over 14 years, and have delivered events for private and corporate clients, and catered dinners from 30 guests to 1,100 guests. From full-plated menus to roaming food stalls, we cater for events of any size, bringing the visitor attraction to life.
Glasgow
From charity galas for 750 guests raising hundreds of thousands of pounds for worthy causes, to dinners for athletes allowing them to perform at their very best, our catering services in Glasgow and the surrounding areas cover a wide range of unique events and distinctive independent venues.

Aberdeen
At Wilde Thyme we cater for a wide variety of events in and around Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire. Our unique venues include stately homes, castles, private Royal estates, museums and galleries. From fairytale weddings to grand charity events, we are extremely proud of the work that we do.
We have worked closely with renowned Scottish distilleries delivering a variety of events all over distillery sites from dinners for 300 guests in malting barns, to 500 guests in marquee structures.
Dundee
Working in partnership with iconic castles to provide visitor hospitality experiences and deliver full-service catering for private events, to providing catering for annual charity events for over 300 guests, we have vast knowledge and experience in catering at venues throughout Dundee and Angus.
Whether it’s a brand product launch, VIP cocktail party, a large conference, festival, sporting event or wedding, there is no brief we can’t do. Each client is unique and our team of experts work with you to understand your vision, and will work with you to creatively bring it to life.
London
We are privileged and proud to have A-list celebrities, world-wide renowned luxury brands, sporting events, and FTSE 100 companies as some of our clients.
Over the years we have catered for world dignitaries, and members of Royalty in some of the UK’s most renowned private estates.
We work with multiple London based party planners on events for up to 600 guests, in heritage sites and marquees, some of which have had at least 2 - 3 month builds.
