A barbecue pit at a suburban Melbourne shopping centre is now on the restaurant menu.
Barbecue Pit & Bar is selling the first ever barbecue pit and barbeque menu in the nation.
The barbecue pit, which is at The Gap, in Spring Creek, will also have an outdoor seating area and a barbequed beef burger.
“This is a new concept in the Melbourne market,” Mr McAllister said.
“People are looking for new and unique places to go and this is the perfect example of it.”
It’s a great example of what we do at The Garden and it’s a very simple concept that will appeal to a lot of people.
“The barbecue pits will be available for breakfast and lunch from Thursday.
For dinner, customers will be able to order a BBQ burger, chicken sandwich or a pork tender loin sandwich.
