How to Make Jack’s Barbecue Chicken Marinadon Recipe: 1 pound chicken breasts 2 teaspoons garlic powder 2 teaspoons kosher salt 1 teaspoon onion powder 1 teaspoon paprika 2 teaspoons black pepper 1 teaspoon smoked paprika 3 cups chicken stock 1 cup shredded cabbage 1/4 cup chopped red onion 2 cups broccoli florets 3/4 teaspoon papery salt 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper 2 cups beef broth 1 cup chicken stock (or chicken broth with a dash of Worcestershire sauce) 1/3 cup BBQ sauce 1 tablespoon Worcester’s salt (optional) Directions: Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper or silicone baking mats.
Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
Add garlic powder, salt, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and smoked papyrus.
Saute, stirring frequently, for 10 to 15 minutes or until the onion is translucent.
Add the chicken broth, chicken stock, cabbage, broccoli flores, and red onion and stir well to combine.

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 20 minutes or more.
While chicken is cooking, make the sauce.
In a large bowl, whisk together the chicken, beef broth, BBQ sauce, Worcesershire sauce, and salt.
Add chicken mixture and stir until thoroughly combined.
Return the chicken to the saucepan and cook, stirring occasionally, until chicken sauce thickens and thickens to a thick sauce.
Remove from heat and serve.
